Che Cafe (former Camp Matthews building)
The Che Cafe is a worker co-operative and social center located on the University of California, San Diego campus in La Jolla, California, USA. The building is one of the few remaining from Camp Matthews.
The Cafe was founded in 1980 by UCSD students. The Che originally began its life as a vegetarian cafe. The name "Che" in "Che Cafe" is a nod to the late Argentine revolutionary, Che Guevara.
